Why does caffeine cause jitteriness in some people? From what I understand, caffeine doesn't "wake you up", it just affects the binding of adenosine thereby -Preventing- sleepiness.

I always see weight loss ads claiming that you can lose 10 pounds a week without exercise, although by calculating caloric intake vs output, it doesn't seem possible. What is the maximum amount of weight you can lose in a week?

Conventionally, the opinion on study seems to be to study for 45 minutes, take a break for 15 minutes, and repeat. Is there any proof to back this division up, compared to say, several hours of study in a row? Has anyone ever done a critical analysis?
